The system has created a transparent routing system for our supervisors to identify case files. ### 2. It has numerous guides to help the user develop operations **What do you dislike about Ideagen Smartforms?** It hasn't had much development in recent years and therefore a lot of competitors are ahead of SmartForms **What problems is Ideagen Smartforms solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not sure, there hasn't been any development or roadmaps from ideagen on SmartForms for a while. ### 3.
