Having used the system for field data collection, this reviewer appreciates the ability for inspectors to go completely paperless and operate offline. They also note that most identified issues seem to stem from user error.

I find that Ideagen Smartforms is simple and easy to understand, it's quick and easy to use and if you ever have problems the team are quick to respond and rectify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
