There’s nothing I dislike about the tool. The number of questions on the checklist seems to depend directly on how effectively the tailoring is completed. However, sometimes irrelevant questions still appear even after I’ve answered “no” during tailoring. It would be good to ensure that only relevant questions show up in the checklist. When a response is No, it would be helpful if an indication would be provided to user or preparer to add comments as a mandatory requirement, and once a response is provided the alert goes away and can be made into a notification to the reviewer such that the reviewer would accept the comment or make amends to it and then approve it.
