It is rigid in its structured and scalable infrastructure. The infrastructure is very intuitive and responsive, and it allows for creativity without giving too much room for users to jeopardize the data consistencies and analytics. Implementation of the system was labor intensive but that is true for any system of this caliber. The user facing part of the product functions very well. If anything, it would be the backend maintenance. The usersync process is not ideal and it should allow for a more traditional API user integration through something like the Platform API. The Smart Form feature and its customizable workflow will allow you to simulate the natural process within your company into the digital interface that Coruson offers. The Risk module is probably not one of the easy-to-use ones. It is built based on the Bowtie methodology, thus making it a bit non-flexible. You must have a robust process and expertise in each operational area to manage the module properly. The form designer is really good, I like the easy way to configure form designs. Overall flow was nice and the product was really nicely designed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once we added users at scale, performance really started to struggle, non-admin users reporting page load times up to 2 minutes!
