Create virtual task board with the work to be done, in view of all the team members in order to share the work. A dashboard as well as indicators and graphics will allow the team to follow each stage of the project, its progress over time, and will give the possibility of making priority tasks in order to meet the deadline. Finally, each team member can be assigned a role and rights according to their status. **What do you dislike about iceScrum?** The assigning the task to team member is quite hard for me to do. **Recommendations to others considering iceScrum:** Good tool for test management purpose in all scale of team within the organization to maintain the workflow in agile manner. In addition, to this I consider that I do a good job in terms of timelines, when managing my clients' products without news negatives. In addition, its support is very authentic, fun, accurate and timely response. It definitely helps me to highlight my tasks and filter my projects according to the order that suits me, either by date or by names. **What do you dislike about iceScrum?** I do not like that the software is lacking in terms of information on the web, it is very little known and this has played against some users because there is not such precise information about the product. However, if you are patient or very good at researching, you will find information on some sites. **Recommendations to others considering iceScrum:** Highly efficient, I highlight that it is significant to achieve a comfortable result in terms of projects, daily tasks and workflow. It greatly reduces the situation of having a disorder due to the accumulation of projects and not knowing where to start. It is also a cheap program that fits any budget. **What problems is iceScrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using iceScrum to maintain a precise timeline weekly in the development and fulfillment of tasks, sub tasks and project control. In this way we can guarantee that the software is aligned to our planning in general. It fulfills very well with what we wanted and we are clearly satisfied.
