"IBM Watson the best virtual computer, digital interaction"

What do you like best?

Mainly it's amazing that the people of IBM continue surprising with the technological advances of the day, Watson is a computer with which you can create virtual agents to interact with the end customers, which I think is excellent, since it gives you a certain human warmth between the interactions, another important aspect, that this computer manages that can synthesize your ideas and pass them to the voice of a text, something amazing

What do you dislike?

this application thought of everything, even a free membership so you can do a test or interaction, you can open an account that is the application or software that you should acquire for your company.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I do not have any recommendation but to say that he did not give me more characters, to describe how amazing this software is, very happy

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Currently has a free user, to pack me all the functions and reach the impact, and additionally, it is natural in the communication between a virtual agent and a human being, that the conversation is fluid and that it is enjoyable, obviously counting with the best solutions and solutions at the time of the other, this opportunity is very good.

"Works Well for Analytics"

What do you like best?

I like that I can get more information and categorize based off of the conversations I have had with my customers. We have the ability to view customer interactions in different ways than we did prior to using this tool.

What do you dislike?

It wasn't easy to integrate the tool with foreign languages which caused issues for some of our customers.

It's a great tool to get more insights on your customers and interactions.
