I like the dictionaries and search collection features the most, that permit that my unstructured data gets classified and able to be searched and consulted. **What do you dislike about IBM Watson Explorer?** I don't think Watson is intuitive nor easy to learn. A lot of configuration and fine tuning is required to get your model going. Also, the many Watson products are hard to integrate with Watson Explorer **Recommendations to others considering IBM Watson Explorer:** Please, don't let the technology lead your solution. Watson is surely awesome, but try to think about its usage in your compaby before purchasing it. **What problems is IBM Watson Explorer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm trying to find patterns in bibliographic references in brazilian grad thesis and dissertations. I do have a large database of journals and books in many knowledge areas, and a very large repository of published thesis and dissertations from graduate programs in Brazil. This proven to be very quickly actually a very nice way to stage a solution for the problems. The ease of use is appealing and the surprise of answers are awesome. **What do you dislike about IBM Watson Explorer?** The use could be a little bit more intuitive, or ratehr if one is not completely sure of what to do, it makes the use a bit cumbersome. **Recommendations to others considering IBM Watson Explorer:** Make use of the trial available, but get proper use cases and real data. **What problems is IBM Watson Explorer solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had problems indentifying problems without our workforce when it came to motivating them for performance. We tried to get insights into the numbers to maybe give us a handle on what we could change. Explorer assisted us to identify correlations between travel, deals closed and comissions that we never ever wouyld be able to do by human power. ### 6. The proof of concept was completed within a few days, already delivering benefit.
