Sometimes when we try to convert the document it will throw some error.It will says it's because of illegal characters and all.For us it doesn't seems any illegal characters and expect us to replace the characters.That is one of the drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Training the system on document content is easier than expected, supporting self-service by business users rather than change requests to IT specialists.
