We have already automated several workflows related to our day to day activity including support register, IOC (indicator of compromize) parsing and automation received from different sources. It has quite user friendly user interface to create, update/modify different workflows or automations. It's native python scripting which made it more robust, strong for advance automated workflow creatoin. It has numbers of plugins as well as capabilities to integration with multiple services or systems of components. We found this is quite easy to implement and extensive customer support epecially through our SI "Secbounty, India" and local partner "Zara Zaman Technologies Limited, Bangladesh". Moreover, the accuracy is increased almost the cent percent as it is doing exactly what had been programed/instructed /designed for. It usually took more than two hours to process VISA provided IOCs to make this compatible for differenet systems/devices/servers along with humar resource/engagement. Using RPA, it only took hardly 1 or 2 minutes to process/make the same and fully automated without almost zero human interaction. ### 7. Having both the drag-and-drop option and the option to "write" the code makes it easy to start programming. Personally, the drag-and-drop bothers me a bit, so I feel more comfortable writing code. • Multiple integrations with programs. I find it faster to automate SAP with IBM RPA than with other tools. • The website for managing the tool seems very convenient to me. The dashboard, bot schedules, etc. • Very good support area from IBM with the tool. I had to request assistance from support to complete it, because things like the Vault or bot programming were not working. It doesn't happen with all chapters of its documentation, but it does with some. • I find the way the tool focuses on sales to be not very intuitive. Another thing I did not like was the recognition of system elements like SAP, IBM does not recognize some of the main buttons of SAP, to work around this we had to use SAP's own script.
