We have already automated several workflows related to our day to day activity including support register, IOC (indicator of compromize) parsing and automation received from different sources. It has quite user friendly user interface to create, update/modify different workflows or automations. It's native python scripting which made it more robust, strong for advance automated workflow creatoin. It has numbers of plugins as well as capabilities to integration with multiple services or systems of components. We found this is quite easy to implement and extensive customer support epecially through our SI "Secbounty, India" and local partner "Zara Zaman Technologies Limited, Bangladesh". It reduced the trun around time (TAT) decreased signaficantly as repeated activities have been done through this RPA. Moreover, the accuracy is increased almost the cent percent as it is doing exactly what had been programed/instructed /designed for. It usually took more than two hours to process VISA provided IOCs to make this compatible for differenet systems/devices/servers along with humar resource/engagement.
