"Analytics Help"

What do you like best?

I like the data analytics piece the best. I think it really helps me streamline the tons of data i am processing on a daily basis.

What do you dislike?

Not being able to understand the newer functions within the products. There are a few new features rolled out and I would appreciate if we received some training in those aspects.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I think it is a great tool and can really streamline a process or sifting through large amounts of data.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Analyzing large amounts of data and sifting through it. data cataloging and flexible data and having a strategy to implement it. I only used the trial version of this product and the licensing has ended since then.

"Powerful information monitoring tools"

What do you like best?

It can discover data, store and apply unstructured data, and effectively manage the whole life cycle of business information.

There are powerful search functions, from unstructured data from the rapid retrieval of desired information.

What do you dislike?

It's hard to install, but it's really easy to use and the tools are powerful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

At present, the amount of data in our company is exploding, and it is urgent to extract, transform and store the data in the data warehouse.

Using IBM information lifecycle management tools, you can extract, move, and collect massive amounts of data using a non-shared, parallel platform without compromising performance.

What Enterprise Information Archiving solution do you use?

"it is a very useful tool"

What do you like best?

the one thing that is very useful is the ease of use.

What do you dislike?

sometimes it does not connect to the server proeprly and that can cause issues

i recommend making it more robust to ensure that it does stay online and does not crash

it provides the ability for an organization to stay and implement the lifecycle management for the entire company. it provides the ability for management and users to stay informed

"IBM Information Governance Review"

What do you like best?

Provides a lot of structure for lifecycle governance - comes with a strong out-of-the-box model.

What do you dislike?

Tool is not easy to configure for custom Lifecycle requirements. Not useful in an Agile environment.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Visibility in end-to-end project metrics.
