Rarely any downtime. **What do you dislike about IBM i?** It uses old programming languages like PRGLE/CLLE for which the talent pool availability is declining year on year. Like many cloud vendors IBM is looking to keep and expand the customer base. This product looks at the customer more than a dollar figure. Use it to improve your business. **What do you dislike about IBM i?** Like any product you don't see, it is difficult to justify the price tag to management. It's not until you reap the benefits of the product that you can justify the expense. Ours is the collaboration of data for improving data. **What problems is IBM i solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dashboard allows us to view wider, so our vision encompasses more of the business so we can drill into a specific area or step back to improve a process or business unit. Our data is pliable and flexible, so we can give a business unit better analytics, that improve workflows, mesh processes and collaboration is now realized. ### 49.
