**What do you like best about IBM Cloud Load Balancer?**

API integration lets me manage the configuration using the GUI. Flexible pricing ensures that I don't get overcharged.

**What do you dislike about IBM Cloud Load Balancer?**

With the firm moving to AWS, 2 years down the line we won't be using this at all and be using the AWS inbuilt load balancers as they fit very well with AWS EC2 instances.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Cloud Load Balancer:**

Go for it if you are still on-premises with your bare metal hardware. If you have the technical know-how, you can still implement the same on the cloud.

**What problems is IBM Cloud Load Balancer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To balance the traffic evenly among webservers is what we were using this. Like I said, its flexible pricing is something we love which ensures we never get charged more than what we are using it.
