IAempleo is a simple, affordable, web-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed for small and medium-sized businesses in Spain. It helps companies streamline recruitment, organize candidates, and manage hiring processes without the complexity or high costs of traditional HR software. Many small businesses still manage recruitment through scattered emails, spreadsheets, and messaging apps. IAempleo brings everything together in one centralized platform, making it easier for hiring teams to stay organized and collaborate. **Key features include:** - **Job Posting and Management:** Create, publish, edit, duplicate, close, and reactivate job vacancies from a single dashboard. - **Visual Recruitment Pipeline:** Manage candidates through customizable hiring stages using an intuitive drag-and-drop Kanban board, from application received to final hiring decision. - **Candidate Database and Talent Pool:** Store candidate profiles and CVs, search and filter applicants, add internal notes and tags, and reuse previous applications for future opportunities. - **Branded Careers Page:** Give your company a professional recruitment page where candidates can explore vacancies and submit applications. Companies can also receive spontaneous applications when no positions are open. - **Centralized Application Management:** Review applications in one place and manually add candidates received through other recruitment channels, including job boards, email, and direct contacts. - **Team Collaboration:** Allow multiple team members to participate in recruitment using individual accounts, permissions, and shared candidate information. - **Simple Candidate Experience:** Applicants can submit their CV without creating an account, reducing unnecessary barriers during the application process. IAempleo also operates a job search platform focused on opportunities in Spain. Vacancies published through its ATS can also appear on the IAempleo job portal, providing an additional channel for job visibility. The software is particularly suitable for SMEs looking for an easy-to-use recruitment solution without implementing a complex HR management system. With transparent pricing, a free plan, and a 30-day free trial on its business plan, IAempleo makes professional recruitment tools accessible to growing companies.
