What do you like best about Hyperproof?

Hyperproof has an easy to use user interface that ramps up quickly for new users. Navigation is easy for all levels from user to admin. Automated workflows streamline the compliance process, reducing manual effort and minimizing the risk of human error, which enhances user experience. Customer support is robust enough to get my questions answered from the FAQ's and help articles but they also have other ways to find answers via live people. What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

There are more features we haven't unlocked yet that we could enhance out, that may cause more difficulty for users as we expand in using Hyperproof. Keep expanding on the user articles, videos, etc that can provide ease of use for adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hyperproof?

What do you like best about Hyperproof?

I like keeping everything in one place because it makes everything easy to manage. The support I receive from Hyperproof is top-notch. My company interviewed 13 different GRC companies and created an in-depth comparison chart. After about five months of work, Hyperproof was the clear and obvious choice. What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

Uploading controls into my programs can be a little confusing. I wish the process were more automatic. It would also be helpful to use Jumpstart for my custom controls to map to other programs I spin up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using Hyperproof to manage our HITRUST and SOC 2 programs. We are not in audit yet, but we will be soon. When our audits start, we will begin to see the real value. "GRC Efficiency and Scalability via Hyperproof"

What do you like best about Hyperproof?

The platform is already helping us easily map audit evidence to controls for easy tracking, maintenance, and re-use. We've gone from exhausting, time-consuming, manual work to being able to quickly locate and provide audit evidence. Freshness reminders are set to help us stay on top of artifact updates throughout the year rather than a big effort right before an audit or exam. But what we like best are the people - the various teams from sales to implementation to customer success to support to development are extremely responsive to our questions, concerns, and goals. What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

As a financial institution, our primary framework is based on the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), which Hyperproof have recently added. What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to implementing Hyperproof, we were manually tracking and saving audit evidence, which was leading to a lot of extra work and time spent duplicating efforts. Now that we are able to map evidence to our controls, we are able to quickly find and provide required artifacts to internal and external auditors. And we are able to maintain evidence throughout the year, based on the freshness requirements that we have configured, so that we aren't left with a monstrous effort before every assessment.
