It's best tool for capturing GRC audits.
It manages all security findings and CVEs as well.
It is value for money against what we are getting.
It also helps in capturing the proofs for all evidences.
Reporting dashboard is good but it can also be more customized.
UI interface is also good.

Each year during the audit, I’m assigned certain tasks, and I usually just search the “Client User” column to find the ones that are mine. It’s straightforward to upload responses and attach files. If I get questions from the auditors, I can either reply directly using the link in the email I receive, or I can go into the system and see that the task is highlighted in my view.

Clean UI and Centralized Compliance—Great Efficiency, but Integrations Add Complexity
Hyperproof makes it easier to manage compliance activities thanks to its clean, user-friendly interface and centralized workflow. The platform performs well and has improved our efficiency by replacing manual tracking and scattered documentation. We currently use HyperSyncs and are seeing value in automating evidence collection, although we’re still in the early stages and just starting to trial them.
I haven’t needed to contact the onboarding or support teams myself yet, so I can’t speak to that experience. I also haven’t used the AI features so far, but the automation and overall platform capabilities have already delivered a positive return on investment for our compliance program.
