Hyperproof has really helped us to save a lot of time and human resources when doing our audits. The feature set is continuously being improved so some features when we first looked at the product got implemented as we were using it helping our process to be smoother. I'd say the only downside is that while using the product there were some features that seemed like they would be in the basic foundation of the product, the one that sticks out was our auditors being able to have a field to submit sample selections. That being said they implemented a number of feature improvements and requests that we were looking for while using the tool, and were advised that our other suggestions (such as this one) that were not yet implemented are in the works and would be implemented before our next audit season.
