Upside of using Hyperproof is an all in one tool to track your Risks, Issues, Controls for various Compliance programs and regulatory requirements. It has been helpful to have every thing and everyone in one tool. Security settings allow you to set up external auditors and control owners differently from the access the compliance team has. This tool has been great for managing all the various audits that I manage as well as managing company risks via the risk module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is a work in progress. With that being said, the Hyperproof team is always taking feedback for features and working to build those out quickly. A painpoint for me is not much on the Dashboards/Analytics and still can't perform Risk Assessment using the tool. However, I'm sure Hyperproof will be looking into this soon for their clients. User Friendly

It is a very intuitive user interface for all user levels in the company.

Also is helpful to have the tracking of all evidence together in the same place, assigning tasks to the corresponding users and having reminders to them via email.

Hyperproof is a GRC platform that offers various integrations to help us test our controls and determine security posture. There are a lot of opportunities of automating this controls test by syncing proofs from different security tools which is one of the best capability of Hyperproof. While Hyperproof is a helpful tool, I would like to see more automation capabilities. Integrating with tools like Terraform or Ansible could streamline control management and reduce manual effort. I really enjoy the tracking features of Hyperproof. The processes in place to track my comppanies risks makes it easy to sttay on top of my items. It also reminds me to refresh the controls I have in place. I get exited learning about the different products Hyperproof offers even if they do not reelate to my ompany at this time. The implementation team has been great! All questions and inquiries have been addressed and quickly! It was very cool seeing how some of our requests were heard and the right action was taken to help us with designing a new audit specifically around FFIEC controls. The only downside that we have run up against is specific to the tool being able to calculate inherent and residual risk. Instead of it being a manual adjustment/change, it should be determined based on how the controls are answered. Hyperproof is a collaborative tool that can be used for internal as well as external team members for use in satisfying requirements for proof required for a variety of required frameworks and controls.

Hyperproof keeps evidence together so you only have to enter it once, but assign it to multiple controls, then Hyperproof tracks the evidence for any updates and can make those changes for you.

When starting a new framework the jumpstart feature takes a lot of the inital work out of the set up and initial control entry, getting you further along in the process of compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The initial training and set up took longer than I likedz but once started was fine.
