The support from Hypergene staff during the initial setup was good. **What do you dislike about Hypergene?** The visual presentation of the statistics is sometimes not considered very intuitive, especially for people who are not regularly using Hypergene or don't have much computer experience. Also, the initial setup was quite demanding. Quick, accurate and user friendly it offers black-on-white insights. We use it for financial reports as well as keeping track of the work of strategic acitivities. **What do you dislike about Hypergene?** The graphics is not the best part of this system (compared to Power BI) and the export formats and possibilities for Word and/or PowerPoint could be improved. **What problems is Hypergene solving and how is that benefiting you?** One source for financial reports on monthly and quarterly basis. One set of KPI:s for everyone in the organization instead of personal varieties measuring "almost the same thing". An effective work flow for budget processes.
