What do you like best about Hypergene?

I like statistical follow-ups with Hypergene. It helps us see if the services we provide have the desired outcomes and analyze the workload to assess correct staff density. It's valuable to look at numbers related to our services and see how they change throughout the years. The support from Hypergene staff during the initial setup was good. What do you dislike about Hypergene?

The visual presentation of the statistics is sometimes not considered very intuitive, especially for people who are not regularly using Hypergene or don't have much computer experience. Also, the initial setup was quite demanding. This might be related to the fact that we don't have their Dashboard in our contract which is designed for this purpose. "Powerful, Quick Multi-Level Analysis with Clear Insights"

What do you like best about Hypergene?

It's a powerful tool to get allow analysis on multiple levels of our organization. Quick, accurate and user friendly it offers black-on-white insights. We use it for financial reports as well as keeping track of the work of strategic acitivities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hypergene?

The graphics is not the best part of this system (compared to Power BI) and the export formats and possibilities for Word and/or PowerPoint could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hypergene solving and how is that benefiting you?

One source for financial reports on monthly and quarterly basis. One set of KPI:s for everyone in the organization instead of personal varieties measuring "almost the same thing". An effective work flow for budget processes. Hypergene is time saving and allows us to concentrate on analyzing the position rather than discussing if the figures are reliable. It is visually appealing, easy to use, and facilitates the work situation for managers. What do you dislike about Hypergene?

Hypergene has a great strength in gathering multiple applications on the same platform, but the benefit of the integrated interaction between the applications is not always fully utilized. If, for example, the budget and personnel applications were more collaborative, the system could create added value greater than the sum of its parts. The more applications, the greater the potential – but it is not always harnessed. Hypergene collects data from multiple systems in one place and provides us with a common tool for planning, analysis, and follow-up.
