HYCU helps not only to reach RPO and RTO targets on backup but, more importantly, also for rescovery. The SLA based 'set and forget' features, the full integration with WORM capable storage an the pletora of online and on prem backup targets to choose from are great. Also, the online (protege) backup suite is great, easy to setup and never lets you down. The product, both features and roadmap are amazing. However, even a great product can fail when lacking a motivated team to support and carry the message. Thankfully, the HYCU team in channel, presales, and tech support are all beyond great and I am sure that the success will keep growing exponentially. Keep it up! Not sure if there is a lot, I think HYCU has 2 challenges but are normal in this kind of phase. HYCU is challenged to be a bit less known in the sector and is cleary working towards a clear brand in all regions. From a technical point of view, HYCU might be a bit the victim of their own succes as the speed in which they innovate and expand sometimes comes at a cost that things such as documentation and knowledge transfer are not going as smooth as it should be, but this is being managed by the teams and I am sure this will be resolved structuraly! The implementation was super easy, pricing was a no-brainer compared to others on the market, and the support has been unbelievable. We initially only wanted to back up virtual machines with HYCU but after working with Broderick G and Chris Riveria we decided to also backup our M365 with them as well. The product is simple and straightforward, has minimal to no impact on our environment, and backs up directly to an off-site cloud. When I did need some help Broderick my sales rep got ahold of me early that morning and ensured that he and Chris Riveria stayed in contact until the problem was resolved. Sometimes snapshots on the vm's will not delete,this stops the backups going forward until you actually notice that this has happenned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hycu intigrates amazingly well withing with our Virtulization software, and allowed us to implement Imutible backups at a very competitive price. It is super easy to use once the buckets are setup, and their customer support has been amazing. I do not have many complaints about Hycu, It was a little weird to setup multiple servers for fileshares, but they are not terrible resource intensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, intelligent tool to backup and restore nearly everything up to item-level, with automatic schedules based on RPO/RTO.Great customer support, including assistance during the initial setup. Backup retention for M365 is unlimited, for SaaS products it depends on your personal storage, but is very flexible. Hycu is really easy to setup, and being a SaaS itself is not our responsibility to maintain the infrastructure behin it.

If our SaaS goes down, or if something happend in this strange geopolitical period we are sure that our data are safe.
