HWMonitor helped me detect and view all my hardware on my computer, such as the CPU, memory, hard drives, and graphics card. It will list out all the information about your hardware such as the power usage, utilization percentage, temperature, and core frequency. I regularly check on HWMonitor to make sure that my hardware, including the CPU is running at acceptable temperatures.
