**What do you like best about Hush?**

I find it useful that Hush removes exposed personal data from broker sites. Also, the initial setup of Hush was easy.

**What do you dislike about Hush?**

The billing and cancellation experience was the worst part of using this product. I tried to cancel through their member portal two days before my renewal date, but the cancel button was completely non-functional - clicking it did nothing. I had to email support directly to request cancellation in writing. Despite submitting that request before my renewal date, Hush charged my card again in full. When I disputed it, they cited a 30-day cancellation policy. Only after I pushed back did they admit, in writing, that the cancellation tool had a known technical issue at the time I tried to use it - yet they still refused to refund the charge or end my membership immediately. Cancel the membership when your users report cancellation timely and take the responsibility when your product doesn't work as it was supposed to.

**What problems is Hush solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hush removes exposed personal data from broker sites, which is useful. However, the billing practices around cancellation are problematic.
