When I need to bring fresh, high quality talent onto the Product team, I go to Hunt Club. They have never failed to bring me strong candidates while also providing me a great experience as the hiring manager. I simply don't have time to do the work to build pipeline and vet candidates, and I know I can count on Hunt Club to take care of those steps for me with the same eye for what's needed. I suspect invoicing is set to resend after 1 week which apears to be a little too quick. Doesn't give enough time to process through AP systems. Hunt Club isn't cheap - they charge towards the top of the market, effectively require exclusivity, and do require a partial upfront payment, but in this case you get what you pay for.
