**What do you like best about Hundred MS?**

Balanced approach: automation plus auditability. Clear policies, least-privilege access, exception handling, and monthly quality checks. Their guidance on AI in accounts payable and AI in accounts receivable was pragmatic and easy to train.

**What do you dislike about Hundred MS?**

The governance checklist is thorough; initial setup meetings can feel dense. Worth it for long-term control.

**What problems is Hundred MS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CFO, professional services (~120 FTE). We adopted accounting AI (AI accounting) for invoice capture, coding, approvals, and collections. Hundred MS led accounting ai software selection, implementation, and change management. AP cycle time fell ~35%, auto-match rates are ~85%, and our team spends more time on analysis instead of data entry.
