PTO and other times sometimes dont come across correctly. **What do you dislike about Humanity Time by TCP?** The upload of data from Timeco isnt always the smoothest and this causes uneccessary confusion and annoyance when processing payroll. PTO is one of the major problems we soo. **What problems is Humanity Time by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** My employees need a place to track their work hours, TIMECO solves that issue but it would be much better if they provided machines for swiping in or out and made tracking where employees clock in and out at better. IE - i want to see if a clock in was from a phone or not and where exactly they clocked in at on a map. That would be perfect. ### 5. It allows staff to request time off, apply their PTO, check their benefits, and generally be more in control of their hours and wage. **What do you dislike about Humanity Time by TCP?** Our company has our accounts linked to our POI and this link occasionally makes it confusing in terms of which site we are supposed to check hours and benefits and make requests from. However, when used alone, I do not think anyone would have a problem with this specific software. **Recommendations to others considering Humanity Time by TCP:** Great software for allowing employees more ease in checking hours as well as streamlining the payroll process! **What problems is Humanity Time by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** TimeCo makes it faster for our employees to submit, review, and edit hours which streamlines the process for whoever is processing payroll. ### 7. It allows you to break down your time by code, which is great for business' where pay comes from different departments, like a non-profit that's funded by grants. **What do you dislike about Humanity Time by TCP?** The vacation time is a little messed up, but this is something our company is still trying to resolve. We earn vacation time as the year progresses, but we can use it proactively and timeco doesn't reflect this. **Recommendations to others considering Humanity Time by TCP:** It is worth it. **What problems is Humanity Time by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of time keeping.
