Once we saw how sophisticated the product was with such little upfront and upkeep work needed, it was a perfect path for us. The Human team has been not only been super responsive with every question, comment, and concern of ours, but has also been a joy to work with along the way. The protection Human will provide for you and your partners is imperative and should be the industry standard. You'll be getting an amazing product and an amazing team behind it. The best part about HUMAN is the accessibility of the team and the willingness to deep dive issues and get granular. In my experience the HUMAN team will take things right to the limit of what is safe to share without crossing too far into sensitive or proprietary information. 360 fraud prevention support from HUMAN - not only as a Dashboard for tracking but also a supportive team assisting in traffic quality topics and user experience. The documentation is clear and available while using the tool.
