Human Rounds Reviews & Product Details

Human Rounds is an AI-native medical platform for public hospitals and primary health care in emerging markets. Humans do the rounds; AI does the rest. Before the visit, an AI pre-consultation interview talks with the patient after booking or from a QR code at the office door, screens for red flags and urgency, and routes emergencies to the guardia or nearby staff. The doctor walks in prepared: a one-line summary and a clinical brief with suggested diagnoses, studies and medications, each marked as an AI suggestion and none pre-selected. The doctor decides; the system prepares printable drafts. AI never diagnoses. Around the visit: AI reads handwritten referral orders from a photo, online booking, waitlist, reminders by email and WhatsApp, and handoff to the public health record (HSI). Patients without an available appointment can still describe their case so hospital staff can call back and route them, usually to primary care. Running today in the public hospital and 7 primary care centers (CAPS) of Pinamar, Argentina, under a municipal authorization for a free deployment. Free to run, no license fee, self-hosted, built for human oversight and data governance.
