The support team is very competent, always quick to respond, and provides clear and actionable information that helps us better understand the product and fine-tune detections when needed.

Our implementation is quite flexible — we run it both on Kong and Cloudflare — and we’ve never experienced any stability issues over the years. The Analyzer is a great tool, but the fact that it is not real-time and can be quite slow significantly limits how often we use it in practice.

I've been very impressed with the improvements made over the past year! However, I wish we had access to more historical data. Just today, we needed to access logs older than a few weeks because we added a new

sensitive route. Without historical context for traffic to that endpoint, we were unable to complete our investigation as thoroughly as we would have liked. Extended access to historical logs would be extremely valuable.

Additionally, while search performance has improved drastically over the past year, it can still be slow at times. As someone without a strong technical background, I initially found navigating their dashboard to be a bit challenging. The interface has many features and data points that can feel overwhelming at first. However, after some exploration and regular use, I became much more comfortable with it.
