If I want to understand a lot about my customers then I go to Hue and then that's the only place i need to go **What do you dislike about Hue?** It takes a long time to make a query and there are many times I mess up my sql query, but i don't know I'm making an incorrect query until a lot of time has past. Not the most efficient way to get info. **What problems is Hue solving and how is that benefiting you?** Understanding customer chat and phone support and sales conversations. It helps me learn granular information like which agent queues a customer was transferred to and in what order, and many more details. ### 3.
