This software is very expensive as compared to its competitors. This software does not provide the best customer service to its users. The one thing I do not like about this software is that it is very difficult to learn and use so most of the users does not use this software. But to conclude that this is the great software for handling complex communications and chats in the professional environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a friendly tool for anyone who handles a smartphone and has instant messaging of recognized brands. This is the same situation, only at the business level, but with the same functions: to share material, audiovisuals, pass documents, and even broadcast chat emojis. The only thing that I find tedious, but not negative, is the registration process, since the page became slow and fell. Additionally, it requests your location and processes to download the program on the PC, which I do not perform for security measures to avoid downloading a virus on my PC.
