Who is HubFit pricing best suited for?

HubFit's pricing is best suited for independent personal trainers and small fitness businesses, a pattern strongly confirmed by G2 reviewers, all of whom identify as small businesses with 50 or fewer employees operating in health, wellness, and fitness. The $39.00/month Standard tier fits solo coaches managing up to 50 clients who need core workout and nutrition tools. The $69.00/month Premium tier suits trainers scaling to 100 clients who need branded client experiences, payment processing, and AI tools. The $119.00/month Ultimate tier targets coaches running team operations or community-based programs. G2 data on HubFit shows no enterprise or mid-market adoption signals in current reviews.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of HubFit?

HubFit offers no permanent free version, but a free trial is available for evaluation. HubFit's paid plans start at $39.00/month (Standard), covering up to 50 clients with core tools including workout building, nutrition and macros planning, check-ins, and wearable integrations. HubFit's higher tiers unlock progressively advanced capabilities: the $69.00/month Premium tier adds custom branding, payments, AI-powered meal and workout tools, and smart meal planning for up to 100 clients. The $119.00/month Ultimate tier extends further with community forums, group chats, team members, Zapier integration, and broadcast messaging. G2 reviewers note that accessing all features requires the top tier, which some flag as a cost consideration.

Is HubFit considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers rate HubFit a perfect 5.0/5, signaling strong satisfaction relative to HubFit's pricing. One G2 reviewer explicitly notes that while accessing all features is expensive, it's worth it, and another highlights that the client-scaled pricing model is a plus for trainers with smaller rosters. Reviewers consistently praise the dual coach-and-client app, time-saving check-in management, and template library as high-value features. The nutrition module is flagged as a weak point, with at least one reviewer still preferring MyFitnessPal. Overall, G2 reviews of HubFit indicate strong cost-to-value alignment for solo trainers and small fitness businesses, with the caveat that full-feature access requires committing to the $119.00/month Ultimate tier.

"Easy Interface and Trainers must have"
5/5
What do you like best about HubFit?

I really like the easy interface, lots of useful features and thought about everything the personal trainer needs from the app. The only downside is if you want all the features it's expensive, but it's worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubFit?

The pricing depends on how many clients you have. But it's also a plus, because if you have just a few clients, you will not pay much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing price point for the quality of the app"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubFit?

The capacity to have different programme types - calendar or fixed. The pricing tiers are very competitive compared to the rest of the market. The app is very simple to use for both me as the coach and my clients, with an attractive, responsive and easy to learn UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubFit?

The only downside so far has been not being able to schedule tasks like weigh ins, but this may be that I've just not discovered how to do that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
