Any details you require are directly accessible. Every minute detail related to spending can be scrutinized, and questions quickly answered. **What do you dislike about Hubble?** The date selection in Hubble could be a little more user-friendly. I find I usually must populate an end date on a specific project when the current date would work sufficiently. **What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?** When particular projects start running in the red, one can easily pull all information related to a said project and see where something has potentially gone awry. Customization can be done for multi currency. Any type of reports monthly, yearly, quarterly can be extracted. Its a cloud based software and can be accessible globally. Any type of financial analysis can be made with this software. Further, it can be very firmly integrated with other software. Month end became more easier with Hubble. The software is very user friendly **What do you dislike about Hubble?** To open grouping level accounting code. we have to click on individual grouping head that is a bit time consuming and chances of missing any head to open is high. While extracting reports system is a bit slower, but otherwise the product is a very good and makes the reports as desired. **Recommendations to others considering Hubble:** One piece advice just need a good internet connection. Also try to save the file in a new file instead of Hubble extracted file as the formatting is not very good and that file is heavier also. While using on cloud basis system is somewhat slow. Other than this it is a great software. **What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?** Financial reporting , MIS, forecasting, budgeting, analysis all types of financial problems are resolved. Any type of reports can be customized with this software. Moreover consolidation and balance sheet preparation is always a task for every company but with this software preparation of balance sheet is just a two minutes command. Having the ability to export all reports into excel and create visual graphics of data, that updates automatically, has been a huge benefit to our sales reporting. **What do you dislike about Hubble?** Hubble doesn't have a lot of support material on the web. Google doesn't get you very far. I definitely recommend training classes that they offer. **Recommendations to others considering Hubble:** If you currently use JDE and struggle to get meaningful reports that all members of your team can interpret I highly recommend looking at Hubble. After all, what good is data if the individuals that need it most can't interpret it. **What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can more easily track our customers sales trends as well as their payment situations. It has also allowed us to budget and build expense reports for all internal members of the team. ### 7. Our relationship with the vendor is really great as well - I find they respond to queries quickly. We've also implemented several upgrades and their team has always walked us thru and helped us over hurdles. **What do you dislike about Hubble?** Some of our larger reports run a bit slow due to the amount of calculations built into them. **Recommendations to others considering Hubble:** Hubble is a great product for those looking to easily report out of JDE (monthly reporting, ad-hoc analysis, budget & forecast inputting by managers, real-time reporting available to all users) without having to recreate the wheel in excel. Our accounting and financial reporting departments love the product - sometimes days go by where we don't even open JDE - all our data is available and easily reported off of thru Hubble. **What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily creating multiple reporting formats for different audiences. The product allows us to create & edit reports without a great deal of report-writing knowledge (eg. changing the order information is displayed, including performance data along with financial, tailoring reports showing the same data for different audiences). Also think the ability to guide users to drill down detail information is great. **What do you dislike about Hubble?** There are road blocks where you create reports and then hit a massive roadblock. Example - not all features are the same for Hubble standard modules vs. Designer Express. Hubble module for Homebuilder is very thin and does not cover enough of how the industry truly looks at their data. Also finding more and more the need for Virtual SQL. While VS offers you more power, it then requires more technical expertise to create the report. Typical users would not have virtual SQL experience. **What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?** Have better visibility to our data and how we interpret the data. Hubble report cannot be cancelled. I can run basic reports in second for all departments in the organization. **What do you dislike about Hubble?** Some of the more advance functions seem overly complicated, like hierarchy and time series. It take a lot of invested time to get them where you want to be but after that there is very little maintenance which makes it worth it. **Recommendations to others considering Hubble:** Try out the basic functionality to see if it will suit your short terms needs first because some of the more advance features will take a while to develop but are worth it. **What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving the need for quick reports for various business units so they can move along with making their decisions. The amount of time we used to spend of diving into the numbers was significant. Now we spend time analyzing the numbers instead of just putting them together. **What do you dislike about Hubble?** When you close the product down it doesn't prompt you to save. Some of the AR reports take a long time to run. **Recommendations to others considering Hubble:** Talk to customers who are actually using the product to get an idea of the time savings possible with Hubble. **What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've seen many improvements since implementing Hubble. I would say the most significant would be the ability for Accounting to get the information they need on their own, without needing to bother IT and then wait a month for them to have time to help. They are user-friendly and can be popped directly into Excel. **What do you dislike about Hubble?** In earlier versions of Hubble, some of the filters were a little sensitive, so it was easy to lock up a report, but those issues seem to have been addressed. **Recommendations to others considering Hubble:** I highly recommend Hubble. It is an easy tool to use. Those of us who use it at my company, no longer have to rely on JDE World Writer reports and the Showcase tool. Neither of those were very user friendly. **What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mainly use Hubble to dump data out of JDE for monthend reporting. I have eliminated the need for JDE World Writer reports and the multiple steps required create a data set and build a report in Showcase.
