We are running a IELTS institute and we need different websites in WordPress for promotion. We have used this tool to convert HTML templates to Wordpress themes. It is easy to use and create responsive themes. We just need to understand the basic working of Wordpress theme and its enough to convert any HTML template to wordpress theme.
