Not one single aspect of that operation is what I would consider easy, valuable, or worth it. No training based on practice demands and what the professional needs from them. They seem bothered with inquiries and always assume that the representative is somehow doing something wrong. Very difficult client experience with many complaining about access to account and receiving statements that actually have detail. Given that what I worked with was domain specific, it was important to be able to add words easily.
