The trip integration gives me a full overview of my trips, whether booked or requested, and card reconciliation works perfectly as it automatically matches my transactions with receipts. I find the user interface to be very easy to use, both in the app and the web version, making it almost fun to claim my expenses. Also, having easy access to analytics and company-wide expense insights is a big plus. Approving expenses through the app or Teams-Chatbot is straightforward and efficient. Finally, integrating Edi with our SAP system and other tools like Odoo and Successfactors has automated our data management, posting, and payment processes beautifully. **What do you dislike about Edi?** improvement: more partner apps could be integrated (it is coming but other solutions to have more connectors to Uber or similar). **What problems is Edi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Edi saves me a lot of time, offers full transparency, and makes expense claims almost fun. It auto-assigns company transactions, integrates trips, provides easy approval, delivers analytics, and uses AI for receipt checks. Managing your expense reports has never been easier with Edi **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Julie G. | Spécialiste marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026 **What do you like best about Edi?** in fact, I mainly use Edi to enter my expense reports and what I really like is the fact that I have almost nothing else to do but photograph my receipts. **What do you dislike about Edi?** Difficult to find a flaw as this software is so easy to use. **What problems is Edi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, to manage my expense reports, I had to make sure to carefully keep the receipts for each expense report - a real challenge. Then, I either had to scan them and send them by email, or physically hand them over to accounting. Today, with Edi, I just need to photograph the various receipts or cash register tickets or simply send them via the app and then submit all entries through the app. This makes life easier for me and also for my colleagues in accounting who no longer have to chase after any missing receipts. Everything is centralized on the platform, which saves time. ### 3. Now it goes significantly faster because the verification steps can occur in parallel. This means that the finances no longer have to wait for my supervisor's approval. ### 4.
