HostReply Reviews & Product Details

HostReply is a dedicated AI guest messaging platform for short-term rental hosts. It reads every inbound guest message, looks up the real data on your property, and drafts a helpful, accurate reply — or texts you via SMS when it needs your judgment. Built specifically for the short-term rental use case, HostReply optimizes for two things most AI tools get wrong: message accuracy and high-signal escalation. Message accuracy through tool-based lookups: every inbound message triggers live lookups against your property data, FAQs, reservation dates, and calendar availability. The AI does not guess at your Wi-Fi password or your check-in time — it reads them from the correct row of your data. When the tool cannot find an authoritative answer, it escalates. High-signal SMS escalation: SMS has a 98% open rate. When the AI is not confident enough to answer, it texts you a one-line summary. You reply in plain English and HostReply drafts the polished response automatically. Built for real operations: multi-platform inbox (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com), team routing, auto-learning FAQs, per-property sandbox, conversation intelligence, review-response drafting, and integrations with Hospitable, Hostaway, Guesty, and OwnerRez. Pricing: $19 per property per month. Unlimited messages. All integrations included. 14-day free trial. No credit card required.
