Once you purchase their hosting, you are stuck for the entire year. If you want to leave in between, they will not refund your money under any circumstances. I have all the ticket screenshots as proof. Whenever an issue arises, they provide support only according to their convenience, not according to the urgency of your problem. They reply whenever they feel like it, and they resolve issues only when they want to. Until then, your website will remain down, and your business will suffer. Our experience with Hosting Raja has been extremely disappointing. Their hosting services are highly unreliable and lack even basic security standards. Our websites were hacked multiple times, and despite repeated complaints, they failed to provide any effective prevention or long-term solution. Instead of resolving the issue, their team repeatedly escalated the matter back to the developer side, refusing to take responsibility for the server-level vulnerabilities. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability from their technical support team. I have screenshots, videos, and full documentation of all the issues we faced.
