The main thing I dislike about Hostinger is its AI support assistant. It often gives pre-written answers that sometimes don't fully solve the actual problem, which can be frustrating. If I need to speak with a real support agent, reaching one can take a lot of effort because I have to go through the AI assistant first. Another thing I dislike is the high renewal pricing for hosting plans and domains. Sometimes their heads panel has bugs. It takes time to load or sometimes it gives you an error screen. In all the servers most of the time, you would run out of nodes but you'll still have like 80% of the storage left so it's really not clear how the server limits work. I like most about Hostinger that the install process is simple and their hosting dashboard really easy to understand as well. On top of that, I am able to take check of my site (backend), domain and SSL configurations along with basic settings without having a lot of technical knowhow. Nothing else comes to mind spontaneously. Hostinger attracts with very, very attractive offers, but then has long contract terms. Later, you pay normal or perhaps even slightly higher prices than others. Once I have set up the infrastructure and am satisfied, I do not switch after one, two, three, or four years – it's just cleverly done. I would like to be able to upgrade individual components of my server plan, for example, just the hard drive if it becomes too small. Instead, I have to take the next higher plan directly. With Business Mail, I would like to upgrade just one account or combine annual and monthly variants for different accounts. I host personal web projects on Hostinger and have found the interface okay to use. No real issues to report. Nothing serious from my experience — interface is fine rather than flashy, which is fine by me. If I had to pick something, it's that you're still in the usual hosting world of add-ons and upsells, so you have to keep an eye on what you're actually paying for. I run a small web agency and moved all my client WordPress sites onto one Hostinger Business plan. Right now I've got somewhere between 5 and 10 sites sitting under the same account, and the fact that I can manage all of them from one dashboard instead of logging into ten different places is honestly the main reason I stayed.

Setting up a new site takes a couple of minutes. Add website, point the domain, install WordPress, done. When a client is still deciding on their domain I just use the temporary hostingersite.com URL and connect the real domain later, which has saved me from a lot of awkward "the site isn't ready yet" conversations.

Support is available 24/7 through chat and they're friendly, but for anything genuinely technical you sometimes go a round or two before you reach someone who actually digs into the issue. Response is quick, resolution can be slow.

I've also noticed the shared server can slow down when one of the heavier sites gets a traffic spike, since everything's on the same plan. I moved several of our websites, including our business website, to Hostinger. I felt like we were spending too much on hosting before, and I feel like we’ve also had performance improvements. It was pretty easy to migrate over, and the initial setup was easy. Hostinger is really easy to use, and I think the back-end user interface is great.
