**What do you like best about Hosted VDI and DAAS?**

This VDI solution from Ace Cloud Hosting gives us a perfect solution for working remotely and managing the workload. We also wanted a solution that offered top-notch data security as well. So far, everything is going smoothly. Also, the response time of their support team is worth mentioning. We faced an IT issue during the first 7 days and they resolved it within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Hosted VDI and DAAS?**

I did not find anything negative so far. They have successfully delivered what was promised.

**What problems is Hosted VDI and DAAS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small business so budget is always a constraint. We did not want to invest in buying new high-end laptops. Hosted VDI and DaaS solved this as we can access the desired computational resources via the Internet.
