Hostcare app Reviews & Product Details

hostcare is cleaner scheduling and dispatch software built specifically for short-term rental hosts with 1 to 25 properties — the segment most vacation-rental tools either ignore or price out of reach. The problem: operators with a handful of Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com listings spend hours each week manually texting cleaners about turnovers, chasing confirmations, reconciling who cleaned what, and hoping nobody misses a check-in. Existing tools are split between enterprise-tier products (Breezeway, ResortCleaning, Operto) that require sales-led onboarding, six-figure property counts, and opaque pricing — and cheaper alternatives with reliability gaps at any real scale. hostcare sits in the middle: a focused tool that does the small-host job end-to-end without the enterprise overhead. Core capabilities: Two-way iCal sync with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and any PMS that exports iCal. Bookings flow into the hostcare calendar automatically within 15 minutes. No double-entry, no manual refreshes. SMS dispatch to cleaners. When a turnover is scheduled, your cleaner receives a text with property address, checkout window, access code, and payout. No app install required on their side — one tap on a secure link confirms. Photo-verified turnover checklists. Per-property or default templates define which rooms a cleaner photographs each turnover. Photos land in secure storage (Cloudflare R2) and appear in the host dashboard, so you know every clean is documented. Payment tracking with per-cleaner bundling. Mark cleans paid, add notes, export a clean CSV when tax season arrives. Multi-currency support: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, PLN. Manual booking support for direct reservations and mid-stay deep cleans. Calendar with week and month views, inline detail drawers for every booking and clean. Pricing is flat, published publicly, and includes every feature on every plan: - Starter — $19/month, up to 3 properties - Growing — $39/month, up to 10 properties - Portfolio — $79/month, up to 25 properties 14-day free trial, no credit card to start.
