Hortusys Reviews & Product Details

Hortusys is harvest, workforce and traceability software for orchards and berry farms. It replaces paper harvest sheets and Excel files with one record that the field, the office and the auditor all use. In the field, the crew leader uses an Android app that works without a signal. Every bin gets a QR label and is recorded by picker, block, row and weight. In the office, the web app turns these records into pay. Hortusys calculates hourly and piece-rate pay, quality bonuses, payments and debts for every seasonal worker. Crew tasks have start and end times, rates and attendance. Reports export to Excel or CSV. The same records are the audit evidence. Spray and fertigation records, bin labels and quality checks are kept together for GLOBALG.A.P. and GRASP. Holders of a GLOBALG.A.P. Option 2 group certificate (packhouses, exporters and cooperatives) keep each member farm as a separate orchard and see all of them for internal audits. The orchard map shows blocks, rows and plants with cultivar and rootstock. Scouting reports add photos and a point on the map.
