Its flexiblw enough, as long as you’re willing to spend some time learning it. I’ve built a few custom phishing scenarios and those have worked better for us than the default ones. Hornetsecurity awareness scheduling and tracking have been reliable and tools I use most often are the custom campagin builder, progress tracking, reporting and follow up automation. The Setup didn’t drag on, and we were able to launch our first phishing campaign in a short time. I also appreciated Hornetsecurity’s ready to use content library. Even without a lot of heavy customization, it was solid enough to get started and training right away. From a Devops perspective, the largest win has been how smoothly it integrates with our Microsoft 365 setup. We didn’t have to do much heavy lifting to sync usera and get camaigns up and running fast. Phishing simulations very close to what we actually see in the logs credential harvesting emails, fake internal reqests and similar patterns and its become a more and more useful tool for sending uaera authentic looking (but phishing) emails that create a sense of urgency and push for action. What stood out to me most was how convincingly the phishing emails mirrored real world attacks. A few people on our team believed they were real, which says a lot about the quality. I also thanksfull that the system adapts to real situations and current topics, then uses that context to generate relevant test mails snd campagin automation, along with instant feedback and the training modules, helps keep the process on going instead of letting it become a one off exercise. I also the segmenation feature because it leta us focus on higher risk users with more tailored campagins. I appreciate that the platform can assgin tests, track progress and automate follow up training, which helps keep everything consistent over time. I manage security awareness programs for multiple SME clients so i need something that works across separate tenants without becoming a mess. Hornetsecurity multi tenant structure handles that well, each client has their own environment and i switch between them from one login. Spear phishing simulation templates are also convincing enough to make a point.
