We can easily set up alert notifications depending on our budget allocations so that we don't exceed our cloud expense threshold limit. **What do you dislike about HorizonIQ Cloud?** We have only recently started to use the cloud platform services offered by INAP Cloud. So far, we haven't encountered any dislikable features in its platform. It provisions suitable infrastructure to instantiate our applications without much complexity or hidden costs. **What problems is HorizonIQ Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** INAP Cloud facilitates the automation of our data-intensive workloads deployed on its environment. They are not only always available but are extremely friendly too and are willing to undo any problem that pops up. The flexibility to provide solutions also adds up to the positive points of the commendable support service. The chances of service blackout are minimal, making the service available most of the time. The customization option is a biggie as it allows a person to modify things according to his specific requirements. The servers are pretty responsive and provides easy management of data . The price is worth for the quality you get and the services are worth the buck you pay for. The option of shield plus reduces any type of cyber attacks dramatically making it one of the most secure cloud service agent. The accessibility of service via phone is a huge plus point making it stand above its counterparts. **What do you dislike about HorizonIQ Cloud?** The support team isn't big enough which at times may be a hindrance since there is a lack of hands on people available for service at a point. The lack of number increases the chance of careless mistakes which makes certain companies hesitant since they can't risk much. There are times when abuse complaints are not handled in the right manner, making the situation annoying at times. The absence of email option is an issue too. Support is easy to reach so it feels like an extended team always available to assist. This is major in dire times, and they have been there when needed the most in a timely fashion. I can say cost, but everyone needs to eat. We can get a variety of scale and change our service level pretty quickly. They strive for happy customers! And overall the people there are quite friendly and professional. They are small enough that I talk to the same people all the time, but big enough to have some serious hardware and hosting capabilities! **What do you dislike about HorizonIQ Cloud?** Sometimes I have an issue with the separation of duties and responsibilities between me and the SingleHop staff. Sometimes I feel that because I'm very active managing my equipment, they aren't quite hands-on enough. But it's tough to navigate the line between overbearing and not hands-on enough. Since activating Shield Plus across our account we have seen downtime from network related attacks reduce dramatically. Critical to any business. **What do you dislike about HorizonIQ Cloud?** ** Update ** With the acquisition of SingleHOP by INAP it feels like the quality of service has been slipping. The one and only complain we have with SingleHop resides to the handling of abuse complaints. Most complains are legitimate and are resolved without a problem. However rouge complaints will come through where the claims are false, simply not a valid complaint or missing relevant data in order for us to resolve the complaint. Some more attention on verifying legitimacy of complains would resolve this. **Recommendations to others considering HorizonIQ Cloud:** Take the time to explore proposed options by SingleHop. You are more than welcome to simply tell them what you want they will be able to build you better recommendations the more information you provide them. Not to mention, the uptime and speeds have been positive. :) **What do you dislike about HorizonIQ Cloud?** I cannot think of anything I dislike about SingleHop services. **What problems is HorizonIQ Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** SingleHop hosts more than 100 professional client websites. It doesn't matter who I get when I log a ticket or call, they all know what they are doing and resolve every issue I have quickly and without any hassle. I'm on a managed server so they do everything for me. I log a ticket and normally within 10 to 20 minutes it is resolved. If I call whoever answers the phone resolves the issue immediately. It really is the best service I've ever experienced and completely stress free unlike some of the other services I've used in the past. I'm not one to write reviews but I have no hesitations when it comes to Single Hop. They provide an outstanding service and I highly recommend them. **What do you dislike about HorizonIQ Cloud?** Before I switched to Single Hop I had been with many other providers, switching again and again because of poor service, lack of tech knowledge and very long and frustrating phone calls. Never again have I experienced that since switching to Single Hop. I can honestly say in the 10 years I've been with them I can't think of a single negative. They are reliable, know what they're talking about and deliver the best service in the industry compared to the many other providers I've tried before them. **Recommendations to others considering HorizonIQ Cloud:** It will be the best decision you ever made in this area of your business. **What problems is HorizonIQ Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a complex website that requires a managed dedicated server. I don't know alot about the server side of things in a business so it's been great to have the tech team there to support me from start up through to the growth of my business. ### 31. On-boarding was a breeze and the SingleHop support was excellent! We have less cores, faster speeds and the ability to manage for the future. Alert Logic is a great protector. We are very pleased. The few connectivity issues we have had have been resolved with great alacrity. **What do you dislike about HorizonIQ Cloud?** We pretty much like everything. It would be better to get everything at less money. :) **Recommendations to others considering HorizonIQ Cloud:** Reliability, speed, support are all things they excel in. **What problems is HorizonIQ Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are hosting client and our environments. No rhyme or reason to this, and we've had support look multiple times. **What problems is HorizonIQ Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having multiple copies of our backups and getting them offsite quickly. Integration with Veeam is simple and easy. Only have to manage our backups from the Veeam console, and the CloudConnect takes care of everything else. ### 33. Automate bare metal server with amazing customer support actually the key point I am with them. Very easy to deploy and run servers using their unique leap control panel access able from any device made IT management easier then ever. Shield security also an amazing feature offered by them. Easy to configure firewall and keep server secure. With dedicated customer manager you don't have to think about technical problems. Overall very satisfying service. **What do you dislike about HorizonIQ Cloud?** I know when the product is better, price also high.
