They are a young company, so from time to time, we find some issues. A recent example is with our latest training session. One question quiz didn't have a completion notification. So the end-user could get confused about whether or not they finished the training. Hook was happy to get the feedback and said that someone would be addressing the issue. Vast library of campaigns to pick from, ease of use (GUI). Support has been really helpful in getting our company setup and even spent a few hours troubleshooting why certain parts of the website didn't work.
