I like the methodology of the training material. Hook isn't focused on the "haha, gotchya, and you're a terrible risk in our organization" -- they're focused on the "let's learn together how to become more security-aware". To get employees to participate in the training, they have two methods - humorous and more formal - to match your Org's culture. I was very thoughouly onboarded by one dedicated person who built a customized task list with videos which helped tremendously. After using and demoing several competitors, I feel 100% comfortable recommending Hook to others. I wish the auto reporting feature was a little more flexible. I'd like to be able to one time set up the report and have it auto run to my email on a specified day. Don't get me wrong, they have reporting that will do it, I just don't need as much information as it gives, so being able to fine-tune it for us would be really nice. With Hook Security, they take the time to help with any questions I have. We switched from one of the largest security awareness training providers because we wanted one that made us feel like we mattered to them.
