"Informative training videos that are quick and fun to watch"

What do you like best about Hook Security?

The great thing about Hook’s training is that it’s quick and simple to complete. Everything is done within your email, so users don’t have to sign into a different platform to complete the instant training or LMS courses. Our customer success rep is always responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Hook Security?

Some content is not relevant to our targets, so I spend time customizing templates for our campaigns. Customizing system emails, like course reminders, could be improved as there are some limitations when you want your branding or formatting to look a certain way. "Phishing simulations that keep current with the "bad" guys"

What do you like best about Hook Security?

I like that Hook's phishing simulations are current. They're not just a canned set of phishing simulation emails that are years old. They're current and keeping up with what the cyber attackers are doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a lot of data in the reports, which is a good thing, but it can be overwhelming to get all the information contained in the reports. However, to be fair, after the first couple, it's pretty easy to figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You need to request the capacity before you can run the number of seats. (This is maybe best practice for security point of use but not friendly for admin to do the ad-hoc test) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The training is in bite-size segments. So the employee doesn't get bored as quickly. And they have entertaining videos that help keep everyone focused on the training session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hook Security?

They are a young company, so from time to time, we find some issues. A recent example is with our latest training session. One question quiz didn't have a completion notification. So the end-user could get confused about whether or not they finished the training.
