What do you like best about Hook Security?

I love that Hook is so affordable and that they offer SCORM files so that I can integrate THEIR training with my LMS. It's taken a lot off of MY plate to come up with and keep a training program updated. Plus, the Phishing Simulations are GREAT with landing pages that allow you to see if your user will type in information. It is invaluable to know if your user will not only click the link (no-no) but ALSO extend data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hook Security?

I wish the auto reporting feature was a little more flexible. I'd like to be able to one time set up the report and have it auto run to my email on a specified day. Don't get me wrong, they have reporting that will do it, I just don't need as much information as it gives, so being able to fine-tune it for us would be really nice. What problems is Hook Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've had one security breach, another user out $500 from a gift card scam, and we still have users that click links occasionally. What Hook really does for us is allow us a glimpse into whether our cyber awareness program is working or not. We train with their files, but the phishing simulations tell us whether it's working or not. We're better than we started out, but occasionally we still have users click, so clearly it's a necessary program and we'll continue on with it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hook Security?

With Hook Security, they take the time to help with any questions I have. We switched from one of the largest security awareness training providers because we wanted one that made us feel like we mattered to them. Of course, the requirement was that the training had to be good. If the users didn't pay attention to it, what is the use? But they love it! We get a lot more discussion on security topics now that we've used Hook. Happy since the spring of 2021! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hook Security?

It has helped the firm transition smoothly from the traditional platforms and provided automated security training of phishing attacks and others. Its user interface is straightforward to use and has enabled easy onboarding for the employees to the forum. What do you like best about Hook Security?

The best part of Hook is that the product works. Our users have significantly improved over the last nine months of tests. The portal makes it super easy to get reports and drill down into specifics. What do you like best about Hook Security?

Hook provides a variety of templates to safely "force" clients to learn to avoid phishing and scam attacks. We've had clients who callously click on anything and everything, resulting in deleterious effects which affected the entire company and their clients. Hook provides a safe way to train users to become more aware. Combined with policy controls from the company, the solution results in a much more educated user base that is much more mindful and aware of the dangers in cyber space. The main problem I had before signing on with Hook Security was having to dedicate too much time to creating and scheduling phishing test campaigns.
