They have a psychological approach to training people that is engaging and effective. **What do you dislike about Hook Security?** At this point, I haven't seen anything that I dislike about Hook Security. **What problems is Hook Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hook Security helps is solving the gap between all end users, and hackers. Support has been really helpful in getting our company setup and even spent a few hours troubleshooting why certain parts of the website didn't work. Hook Security has been responsive and resolved issues timely. **What do you dislike about Hook Security?** No dislikes currently. Hook Security has everything I need. **What problems is Hook Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** Security training for entire agency. Engaging content. Training materials are up to date and relevant and not just "boring" slide shows. ### 3.
