HolidayHero Reviews & Product Details

HolidayHero is the AI platform that runs the whole stay — guest-facing and back-office — on whatever PMS you already use. AI agents handle guest messaging, check-in, upsells and operations from the first message to the post-stay review, so your team runs the stay instead of the software. Built for boutique hotels, hotel groups, holiday parks, vacation rentals, aparthotels and hostels. Trusted by independent hotels and groups across 23 countries. Operators get 40+ hours back per property per month — roughly €31,000 saved per property per year, measured against your own baseline.
