Nothing in this is based in fact Consistent service levels are available from day one, ensuring that your business achieves its goals and objectives. A logistical issue may be at play, at least in terms of what happened to us during implementation. **Recommendations to others considering Hitachi Data Protection as a Service:** I recommend the program for both organized and advanced work teams as well as for beginners, I believe that a broad and key factor is the attentive support team that resolves doubts, so you will not have problems if you do not have great experience. **What problems is Hitachi Data Protection as a Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** Failures and file corruptions must be protected on our systems and servers. Very useful to deploy a simple, fully integrated, automated and orchestrated set of data protection mechanism. **What do you dislike about Hitachi Data Protection as a Service?** I wish it had somewhat more economic for small scale user, which would really help in its its expansion. **What problems is Hitachi Data Protection as a Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** Single pane of glass console for multiple systems allows to have a consolidated view of all the systems and risks, mitigation strategies at the same place, improved speeding up the triaging process. ### 7. We use it to backup different database services, file systems, physical servers, and virtual servers. It works good and does a good job at doing backups. **What do you dislike about Hitachi Data Protection as a Service?** It is a very large product and can be complex.
