It saves a lot of time because you don't have to conduct long screening interviews, the same one over and over again, where you have to start by explaining who you are, and after telling it so many times, you end up making it boring. A story that gets worn out from being told so much and makes you tell it without passion. In a world where talent is so hard to find, Hireflix brings it closer to you because you only have to explain once what your company is, just once, and record it, review it, and make sure it's clear, that you express with enthusiasm and strength who you are and that it's a pitch that works. Let's never forget that when we are hiring, we are actually competing for talent and we have to sell the company's benefits. Just for that, it would already be worth it. The next step is that you leave the questions recorded on video, the same way, you don't have to ask the questions a dozen times, just once, you ask them, record them, review them, and publish or repeat them, in a simple and easy-to-use interface. Once you've done that, you send users a link to answer your questions and record them on video, out of consideration for them, I tested how it worked and it's ridiculously simple. We have sent about 50 interviews in the last selection process and 38 of them have responded, for me, that's a great average, and what's better, it saves me from interviewing 12 people who might have accepted through meet and, given the circumstances, it was a waste of time. And where Hireflix has stolen my heart is in the candidate validation process, not only because of the interface but because of the magic of the product. It's amazing how in 3 minutes you can capture the essence of a candidate, how it saves you time, ... really, I can't describe it, you have to try it, but I assure you that evaluating candidates asynchronously and without the pressure of having them in front of you, from a distance, and with the utmost respect, allows you to make much more solid and meaningful decisions. **What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?** A minor detail I missed is that in sending emails I couldn't differentiate between first name and last name, and that made it difficult for me to address people as 'tú' or 'usted', and even though it's not serious, I had to complain about something, right? We tried out three different platforms, and then we found Hireflix. The top reasons Hireflix helped us cross the finish line with 50+ hires: 1. Applicants love it. They can complete their interview at their pace and on their time, which could be at 2 AM when they're getting off from their shift or at 2 PM getting out of class. Our completion rate went from 25% to 90%! It was so successful that we turned our Hireflix into the landing page for all employees. We treat it as both the application and the interview, the 5-minute start of the funnel. 2. The UI and platform are well designed and very easy to use.
