**What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?**

The problems we had was the amount of time we were spending on screening candidates and that written screening responses were falling flat due to the heavy use of AI. 

The initial setup up of Hireflix was easy, taking around 30minutes to refine our screening questions, upload the videos and pick the settings. I found that all the settings I hoped were there were, it is not often you use a tool and have no notes/feedback for improvement. I like that you can have videos for your questions, add your branding, set the amount of question, thinking time, response time and retakes. Also they deal with the invites and reminders, all fully editable to make personal. 

Once ready it is as simple as adding the candidate name and email address (literally seconds)and then wait for their response. 

The UI/UX for the response is great too. Everything is so easy to pick up and find you really don't need any training. I was worried that something was too good to be true and something would be glitchy but it couldn't have ran smoother. 

Using this tool must have saved us at least 75% of time in our screening process. Not only that it improved our quality of candidates that we took through to the face:face interviews. Also for the candidates themselves it meant that they can really get across who they are in a way that they can't via a written screening process. 

And to top it off, the price is really reasonable for the quality of the tool and the time savings it creates.

Working in Product, I love getting constructive feedback on my products and I always try and look for a suggestion that could help another company. But genuinely there is not one thing that I disliked or a pain point that wasn't addressed

**What problems is Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Hireflix our initial screening was slow and manual, always witha worry of what if we miss a gem or waste time on a candidate that is not suitable for us. 

After Hireflix we have reduced the time we spend on screening massively and increased the quality of our candidates and our confidence on who we are taking through to the next stages. It actually makes the first stage of screening enjoyable.

**What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?**

During a very busy hiring period, Hireflix provided our team with the flexibility needed to review applicants while also maintaining daily operations. Hireflix integrated seamlessly with our choice of applicant tracking system, JazzHR. In addition, Hireflix's straightforward, simple approach made it easy to use, and the pricing was the best option for our small, nonprofit organization.

**What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?**

The only challenges we experienced with Hireflix occurred when candidates inadvertently submitted their digital interview before it was complete. While this provided some insight into the candidate's attention to detail and experience with technology, we would have preferred to return the digital interview to the candidate for completion. Unfortunately, I did not raise this concern until after we completed hiring and learned there was a way to do this. The other minor challenge we encountered was the need to view the interview in a different window rather than within JazzHR. Again, both challenges were minor, and one could have been resolved if I had reached out for help sooner.

**What problems is Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary interest in Hireflix was to find a way for our team to review candidates for several open positions within a small timeframe. Hireflix allowed us to conduct a second review of candidates at times when each team member was available, rather than coordinating schedules. Since it integrated well with JazzHR, we were able to review one another's notes and ratings outside of a common meeting time and communicate quickly who we wanted to advance.

**What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?**

When we started using Hireflix the plan was to experiment with a few products until we find the most effective option. We ended up sticking with Hireflix for the past 3 years. Hireflix is consistent and reliable. It also makes it much simpler to record your own questions, pick specific time frames for the candidates to think about their answer and then record their answers. There is a transcription feature, and overall our experience has been free of glitches. Our candidates also find it easy to use, and Hireflix tells you if a candidate accessed their interview which allows us to troubleshoot easier if any problems arise.

**What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?**

Nothing really comes to mind. We use Hireflix with a big number of candidates and I cannot recall an instance where we encountered technical issues but that could also be due to the support team's availability and constant support.

We started using Hireflix because we do pre-interviews for a large number of students for a prestigious scholarship, and these students come from all over the country. Prior to COVID, we would invite the students to do a physical exam, but we needed to be creative when COVID hit. We started using Hireflix then and now we keep using it because we realized how travelling long distance made the experience inaccessible for many students. Further, it was costing us to more to rent a space and hire or find invigilator.

I like that it is equipped with all the necessary features that enables us to communicate clearly with the candidates. Additionally, the customer services is responsive and genuinely helpful. For me the interface is organized and is very easy to use.

Honestly, my experience has been really positive. At the begging some features were not clear, however the customer services made sure all is on the right track for me and my team.

I’ve used Hireflix in both a large organization and a small startup, and it’s been excellent in each environment. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, and it genuinely saves hours in the hiring process without losing the personal touch that’s so important in interviews. It also eliminates the phone tag and scheduling headaches that often come with phone, video, and in-person interviews, which has created major efficiencies for us and shown a high level of respect for candidates’ time. On top of that, Antonio is fantastic to work with—he’s been super friendly, responsive, and truly helpful when it comes to customer support. After using it, I honestly can’t imagine going without this platform.

It allows me to make the recruitment process more efficient because I can filter much better from the start by watching the candidate's video. This way, I no longer have to waste time making one call, then another, and then scheduling online interviews, etc. From the beginning, the candidate conducts their interview on Hireflix and from there, I can review and choose who will be the ideal candidates. I love it!

What I like best about Hireflix is how user-friendly it is for both candidates and hiring teams. Candidates can complete interviews on their own time, reducing scheduling challenges, and the interface is clear and simple to navigate. On the employer side, reviewing responses is effortless, organized, and integrates directly into Greenhouse, which keeps everything in one place. It creates a smooth, stress-free process that has genuinely elevated and simplified the way we hire. The owner is extremely helpful and kind and makes the integration process fast and efficient.

This has saved me HOURS and HOURS of interviewing candidates who we know right away are not the right fit. With AI helping everyone write answers and make their resumes look perfect, this is a fantastic way to get a sense of the person behind the paper and determine if you would move them forward in the process. Can’t recommend this enough! Antonio, the owner of the company is very responsive and kind, wants to help all orgs and companies utilizing this platform.

Hireflix has improved our overall efficiency as a small team.  It not only frees up valuable calendar space but also eliminates the frustrating back and forth of interview scheduling with multiple candidates. We were able to setup our first interview recording within a day and send it out immediately. 

We have also found a way to use Hireflix for our employee check ins, which has allowed us to connect with our team more consistently and support better retention. 

From both the administrator and user perspectives the platform is straightforward and easy to navigate. So far none of our candidates have experienced technical issues.

**What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?**

We haven’t encountered any real challenges yet. Setup and use have both been straightforward. If anything, we’d just like to see continued updates and feature growth over time.

One of the biggest problems Hireflix solved for us was resourcing challenges. Coordinating multiple interviews that require senior level team members to be available can feel like solving a Rubik’s Cube. This naturally created bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts that slowed down the hiring process.

With Hireflix, candidates can complete interviews on their own time, allowing our team the ability to review asynchronously. This provides much needed flexibility for our team and still ensures every candidate is given thoughtful and consistent evaluation. The fact that you can collaborate amongst team members while reviewing candidates is a great feature.

The interface makes it very easy to create and customize our interviews, with helpful presets, and no more than we need. We appreciate being able to add our branding, and that a search committee can all access and score the interviews together through the system.

There was not anything that we disliked about using the Hireflix - the software is very clear and direct.

We've found that video interviews are perfect for a first round vetting of applicants. With a volume of initial applications - most partially-composed with AI - video interviews allow us to see and understand the applicant more directly. Because the process of inviting candidates and reviewing their interviews is easy in Hireflix, we don't hesitate to run candidates through our video round to help us full assess whether an in-person interview is appropriate. That filter saves us valuable time and resources, and, we believe, allows candidates to have a more full assessment than a paper application alone.

We adopted Hireflix recently for hiring a senior level oposition recently, and our experience has been extremely positive. It is as easy to use as any hiring platform I have ever used, for both the hiring team and the candidates, and we were able to get up and running extremely quickly. Customer support was very responsive to any questions we had, and we found it easy to integrate it to our hiring process, it's all very intuitive. Feedback from the candidates themselves was extremely positive.

No real areas we dislike. In terms of extra features, I'd like the ability to archive candidate recordings without deleting them, as well as more control over which employees could view which jobs, but those are only nice-to-have features, and based on Hireflix functionality so far, we'd be guessing they are coming on the roadmap at some point.

**What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?**

Hireflix's video interviewing tool makes it so much quicker and easier to find the right candidates.

It's user-friendly and intuitive in regards to implementing the tool, sending links to candidates, and reviewing video interviews. Features like the transcript and interview sharing also make it easy to work with hiring managers on shortlisting the right candidates, allowing us to save time on the pre-screening and shortlisting process, and improve the quality of candidates at the interview stages.

I couldn't recommend the tool more!

Being the head of a major on-campus organization, using Hireflix to conduct interviews saves tremendous time both for our prospective members and for our executive team. Interviewees are able to complete interviews on their own time, following clear prompts and instructions on how to proceed through the questions, while our executive team benefits from being able to review interviews quicker than ever, without compromising on thoroughness and still getting a good impression of candidates. We've been relying on Hireflix for over a year now thanks to its usability and ease of use, and will continue to use the service thanks to incredible and personal customer service provided by them to ensure that all our issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

I honestly have no major complaints. As mentioned, the service is very easy to implement and integrate into our existing recruitment process, and every candidate for our organization has had nothing but positive things to say about interviewing through the Hireflix system. It is also easy to create new interviews and manage existing responses, saving us incredible amounts of time when processing interviews.

**What problems is Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hireflix helps us solve the issue of getting both executives and prospective members together at the same time in order to complete their interviews. Before, executives would have to dedicate large chunks of time spread out over multiple days to interview all of our candidates, and even in doing so, there would be occurrences where interviewees couldn't make an interview time, or would miss it due to how busy their schedule is with class and other commitments. Using Hireflix, prospective members can interview at a time that works best for them, giving more flexibility to how and when they interview. It also saves time for executives, as they can review large batches of interviews at one time, meaning they can get through 2 to 3 times as many as they could before.

Hireflix is very easy to use and intuitive for our whole team. We had no trouble integrating it into our regular hiring process and it has made vetting multiple candidates so much quicker and easier. We have used it multiple times every week since we tried it. We found it easy to create the questions, and then just send them the link. I think it saves time for the applicant because they can interview from home and get a few tries at each question, and saves time for us because we can tell a lot from the videos that let us know if this person has what it takes to do the job and fit in with our culture. Customer support is great and responsive.

It is an exceptional tool,especially for things like ours that are very small and don't have a dedicated HR department.You can save a lot of time by reviewing asynchronous interviews instead of scheduling and also you can spot the most proactive candidates and those with technical aptitude almost immediately

This is not a downside per-se,but one thing that you might notice is that response rate on asynchronous interviewswill be lower than scheduling live ones, but this is how you spot the top candidates

It really helps with organizing and being able to revisit interviews -it also helps when you have multiple decision makers or a very tight schedule.Plus it is very convenient for candidates that are working at 9:00 to 5:00 and they're not able to schedule an interview on these hours

**What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?**

Hireflix is a tool that not only saves me a lot of time because I don’t have to chase candidates—often while they’re at work and under pressure asking questions—but also gives both sides flexibility. Hireflix levels the playing field, since any applicant can receive a link and, with well-chosen questions, deliver an auto-presentation (it’s clear that not everyone can write a great CV). It also allows us to assess foreign language skills in speaking and to gauge the energy and vibe of the person, which is very important.

**What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?**

There's not much I dislike overall. The only thing I might change is the feature that allows candidates to access the questions only once, so they can't prepare in advance. It happens (fortunately not often) that candidates read their answers, which is hard to spot. I would also add the possibility to schedule the next recruitment stage (a meeting, a calendar link, a survey, etc.) right after the initial link ends.

Ease of use for candidates and hiring team. We love the ability to create videos ourselves which we believes creates a better candidate experience. We have heard positive feedback from our candidates that they like getting to "know us" in advance on the formal interview process. We have a very high completion rate. Our HireFlix rep provides great customer service, checking in to ensure that we are happy with the platform and seeks our feedback on things they are considering for their roadmap.

High cost to create an integration to our ATS. This is more of a downside of our ATS not HireFlix.

The Hireflix platform helped us streamline our interviews and hiring.  As a very small team we need maximum efficiency and time management.  Having the candidates answer some preliminary questions on their own time freed up everyone's calendars and allowed us to offer a first interview to more candidates than we would have had capacity for doing them live. The platform and tutorial instructions were clear and the questions were easy to set up and send out to candidates.  Several candidates commented on how they appreciated the ease of use and being able to complete on their own schedule.

Everything was great - I wasn't sure if there is a way to initiate an additional reminder email to candidates who did not complete the interview.  Also - a nice feature would be if the candidate had the option to "decline" the interview if they were no longer interested!

With the rise of AI, we began to struggle with our hiring process due to our reliance on old-fashioned application forms. HireFlix enabled us to save time and conduct interviews much more efficiently. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly for both recruiters and candidates.

We are currently testing Slovak language transcriptions. Because it is a less widely spoken language, the output may be less refined.

Hireflix has made it really easy to get an initial read on candidates in a succinct manner.  We are able to post our questions and send them to the candidates to answer.  It allows us to compare apples to apples in the candidate approach. We can see how they present themselves, their mannerisms that will be shown to clients, and how they respond under pressure.  It saves us so much time in not having to bring in the applicants that won't fit our needs.  It's been super easy to use!  We've hired for 3 jobs so far, in our small business, and will definitely continue to use it.  The customer support in getting it set up was top notch.

Over the past few years, so many applicants have ghosted phone/virtual interviews and have taken up so much of my calendar that recruiting processes have become an unenjoyable process.  Finding Hireflex has been a life saver.  It is very easy to use and I have been able to use it quite a bit since joining earlier this year.  Once I review the applicants, I send them an email alerting them of the process, add a little bit of contact information into Hireflex and then the applicant has to take the steps to move forward! Since many of our applicants are applying for positions that require a video interaction with our customers, it is a great way to verify their comfort level with the setting and also to see their persona when put on the spot.

There isn't anything I dislike about Hireflex.  The system is very easy to use, it's like a plug and play software and their service has been very easy to connect with if I have a question.

I have used Hireflix since 2021... it is now 2025 and I just wanted to say that I still love Hireflix as much as I did when I first used it! Hireflix saves us tons of time in the interview process.  We are in the counseling profession, and with the use of video interviews I can get a feel for the personality, demeanor, and skills of candidates, without wasting time on personal interviews for candidates who aren't going to be suitable. In addition, the customer service provided by Antonio is outstanding. This is a truly great product!

I can watch the person on video and tell if they are worth spending time on for a personal interview.

We were able to ask custom questions and easily edit and move them around. A transcript was also prepared for us to read along with or download. Antonio, the founder, was so helpful and friendly when I had questions about the site. We've signed up for year-long contract because we're so pleased with our experience!

One of the biggest advantages is how it accommodates candidates in different time zones. Scheduling live interviews across continents used to be a major bottleneck, but with Hireflix’s asynchronous video interviews, candidates can record responses at a time that suits them, and our team can review them when it's most convenient. This flexibility helps us reach a much broader and more diverse talent pool.

The best part is that it saves a lot of time for us. We don’t have to schedule calls or chase candidates for slots — they can record answers on their own time. It’s super useful for us at Saulikh since we’re a small team and handling multiple roles. Also, the interface is clean and easy to use, both for us and the candidates.

There’s nothing major, but a few small things — sometimes candidates with slow internet face issues uploading their video. Also, I wish there were more customization options, like changing the theme a bit to match our brand. Not deal-breakers, but would make the experience feel more polished.

We discovered this platform while searching for alternatives to the one we were previously using. Hireflix proved to be a more straightforward, clean, and intuitive solution. We were able to quickly configure the platform to suit our needs. Candidates completed their interviews with ease, and our team found the review process efficient and hassle-free, thanks to the automatic transcription feature. What would've taken us months to complete only took us days, even just hours, instead.

We were also impressed by how hands-on their CEO and Co-Founder, Antonio, was in personally addressing our inquiries and following up on our experience.

**What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?**

While we were using the platform, there were a few features I wished had been available, such as the ability to skip to the next candidate while on the review page and the option to send out additional reminder emails. I'm pleased to see that both of these have been addressed in the latest version of the platform.

Our program requires processing hundreds of applicants within a limited time period. If we were to conduct personal interviews, we would spend most of our workday doing only that, and as a small team, that really isn’t viable. This is why we rely on a one-way interviewing platform. Firstly, it is incredibly easy to set up interviews, literally zero learning curve. Our candidates also really enjoyed the experience, and found it intuitive. The ability to review interviews one after another is incredibly efficient, and I probably spent a third of the time compared to if I did liver interviews.

Very hard to think of anything here to be honest...

I needed to conduct interviews where the candidates were in GMT and I was in NZ time (12 hours different)! Would have been impossible without this. also, the sheer volume of candidates for one person to review. Over two hiring rounds, we hosted about 80 interviews which would not be possible without Hireflix.

**What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?**

Setting up a hiring round is super easy. The interface is very intuitive and not overburdened with settings you don't need. Focus on the most important features. As a reviewer of interviews, I love the ability to set the speed to 1.5x and use the transcript to evaluate a 30 minute interview in maybe 15 minutes. Together with the reduced scheduling effort, this is a massive time-saver. 
Candidates also like it. It's a new experience for them, and since we can record videos of our questions it does not feel too impersonal.

**What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?**

Nothing major comes to mind. As a small non-profit, the regular price tag can be a challenge, I think for most companies this should not be a problem. In any case, Antonio the Co-founder helped us out bit with a custom plan so we could afford it.

**What problems is Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, Hireflix enables us to better evaluate a large number of applicants through interviews even in earlier stages. If we did this live, scheduling and interviewing time would be prohibitive given our small team size. It also reduces bias and standardizes interviews. Since we record the questions once, they are the same for every applicant.
