Hire Forge AI Reviews & Product Details

Hire Forge AI is a recruitment platform that automates candidate screening using AI. It compares CVs against job descriptions to produce ranked shortlists in minutes, removing the need for manual initial review. The process is simple: upload CVs and a job description, the system evaluates each candidate, and returns a ranked list with relevance scores. This shifts screening from subjective manual filtering to structured, data-driven assessment. Candidates are scored using an objective framework based on experience, skills, and role alignment. Hire Forge AI can also integrate with your ATS or CRM, allowing you to automatically analyse existing candidate pools, trigger screening when new applicants are added, and push results directly into your workflows. This reduces manual admin, keeps all activity in one place, and speeds up time-to-hire. The platform can be used without an account, with optional registration enabling users to save, organise, and revisit results.
