Hippo has been a great program! We have used it to overhaul and automate our sales process with the ability to have a landing page with videos. We have been able to sell through mass campaigns and have our videos explain our great program instead of cold calls. The only downside of Hippo Video is that it's still in its early stages. We have found a few bugs, and sometimes the editor isn't as powerful as we'd like. Hippo Video has been an awesome tool for us to send customized outreach videos to our prospects leads and clients. We used to use Loom but this has replaced it and outperforms it in every aspect. Great for making videos for our team as well for training, SOPS, ect. I hadn't heard about them before but someone reccomended them and it has been awesome. I've had a few questions starting out and the customer support team has been very responsive and helpful. Love how easily it integrates with Zapier so i can connect it to everything else. It’s dynamic, user-friendly, and packed full of versatile features that empower creativity. However, like all technology, it’s not without its quirks. The significant issue I’ve encountered comes into play during long recording sessions. On a few occasions, the system has glitched during these extended uses. Specifically, I noticed that after pouring time and effort into creating what I felt was the “perfect” video, the platform failed to upload the content in its entirety. The resulting frustration is akin to working hard on a masterful painting only to see part of it mysteriously vanish. Having to redo your work is never an enjoyable experience, particularly when you were pleased with the original result. While this issue doesn’t detract from all the aspects I love about Hippo Video, it does add an element of unpredictability that can be challenging at times. In short, while Hippo Video remains a powerful tool for video creation and distribution, there are areas for improvement in terms of reliability during long recording sessions. Despite these minor setbacks though, my overall impression of Hippo Video remains overwhelmingly positive and I continue to use and enjoy its myriad features. We use Hippo for any requirement that includes us needing to share videos with a single person or small groups. We are a SaaS company that does in-person onboarding and workshops with our clients. It has allowed use to share those videos, personalize the landing page so they can interact with our team, and we can see and utilize the metrics to ensure that the message is getting through t our clients. It took me a little while to understand how to set up a sales page and include the widgets for customer interaction, but once I got a handle on that it became quite easy.
